Own or manage a valid GoHighLevel account.
Use BOT 101 strictly for lawful purposes, including real estate property onboarding, contractor job automation, and referral system workflows.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
You agree not to misuse BOT 101. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
Using BOT 101 for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the Services.
Submitting false or misleading information.
Using BOT 101 to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All rights, titles, and interests in BOT 101 remain the exclusive property of Lifestyle Runners LLC, including but not limited to:
Chatbot scripts, workflows, and automation processes.
Conversation and voice agent technology.
Branding, logos, and design.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BOT 101 strictly for your business operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BOT 101 is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Lifestyle Runners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of BOT 101.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestyle Runners LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of BOT 101.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
